Founded in February 2010, Anhui Tosum Machinery and Electronic Co., Ltd. specializes in design and development, manufacturing, sales and service of vehicle (machine) air-conditioning compressor, automotive engineering machinery parts and other mechanical and electrical products. Its predecessor was the Auto Project Section of Anhui Dongfeng Machinery and Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. of Anhui Military Group. The Co***ny¡¯s registered capital is RMB 50.25 million. Anhui Tosum Machinery and Electronic Co., Ltd. consists of the Marketing Department, the Quality Department, the Manufacturing Department, the Finance Department, the Technology Development Department, the Comprehensive Department, the Machining Workshop and the Assembly Workshop. The Co***ny also possesses 325 sets of finishing, assembly and testing equipment, including a variety of turning centers, processing centers, automatic assembly line, helium leak ***ectors and performance test beds.

The Co***ny has established air conditioning compressor design, production and service quality management systems. In addition, the Co***ny is improving its 21 sub procedures such as customer orientation, support and management with PDCA cycle and APQP, SPC etc. to prevent and reduce defects, and ensure product quality. The Co***ny is also equipped with over 780 sets of general and special ***ection tools and over 40 ***ection devices such as tensile strength testers and three-dimensional precision measuring instrument, etc., to ***ect compressor purchasing, production and assembly processes. According to GB17025, the Co***ny establishes laboratories to ***ect product performance and ensure products meet design requirements.
